Which countries/regions do you ship to? 

We are using DHL/UPS/FedEx to ship our orders. At present, we are shipping to United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, Kuwait, Lithuania, Oman, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Cyprus, Qatar, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Thailand, Luxembourg, Georgia, Malaysia, Hungary, Taiwan, Réunion. Please contact us if your place is not on the list, and we will check if there are other options for you. 

How long is the shipping time?

Please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare your order before shipment. Delivery time will be 5-10 days depending on your shipping address. 
It may have potential shipping delays due to the increase in e-commerce volume. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is fulfilled.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it. Please send us an email to cancel it for you.
